What’s the difference between the HP Tilt pen and the HP pen? Both are innovative pieces of technology, and each one is best suited for different purposes.

The HP pen is perfect if you’re going to be using simple hand strokes, like taking notes. There are two buttons on the pen, one for drawing and the other for erasing.

The HP Tilt pen incorporates new technology that recognizes pen tilt. It can detect when you’re tilting the pen and how much you’re tilting it. This is great for digital artists, who know that the way in which you tilt a pen can determine the size of a brushstroke. The pen can detect advanced hand movements, like sketching, with extreme accuracy.

The HP Tilt pen also has an eraser. It has a rubbery feel just like a real eraser, and you can use it to “erase” your digital drawings. Because it requires more power to operate, the HP Tilt pen can be charged via a USB-C port and isn’t dependent on batteries.

The other difference between the two pens is stylistic - the HP pen is a lighter color, while the HP Tilt pen is darker.
